Richemont Hotel - Lucerne

The hotel is just steps from the lake with excellent bus access to the city. The reception closes early, presenting challenges for late arrivals.

Respectful and excellent staff, absolutely perfect location right on the 24 bus line. Marvellous breakfast with croissants and cheese, as example, worth to decide on it.

Freshly baked goods from the hotel's own baking school. It was a treat to enjoy delicious pastries while overlooking the lovely lake. Be prepared for a trek to the main city center, as there are limited local dining options near the hotel.

The food was amazing and served in the restaurant. The room was neat and practical with good amenities and my experience was really enjoyable.

The staff at Richemont Hotel were helpful, always greeting me with warmth. I especially enjoyed the good bakery section, offering freshly baked breads and delectable pastries, made my mornings enjoyable.

Strongly recommend for short stay

Comfortable room, good breakfast, as well as an excellent location just steps from the lake made this stay thoroughly enjoyable while being easily accessible by bus from the main station.

Rooms feel like dormitories with sparse decor!!! Some better investment in furnishings could really enhance the experience!!!

I stayed in a Single Room for 1 night. The room was basic but super clean, a big win. The shower was really good too. Just a heads up, reception closes at 5, so if you arrive later, you have to manage by yourself with a key box. But it was comfy enough for a night and you can't beat the breakfast, especially the weekend spread with smoked salmon and eggs.

Great bakery on-site with very nice pastries and breads. Super helpful staff. Bus stop is just steps away.

Check-in after 5pm can be tricky. 😅

Clean room, great coffee shop.

The Richemont Hotel offers a spacious double room, though the bed could be more comfortable. While the restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast, not having a kettle in the room was a bit inconvenient. The location near the lake made it easy to explore, just a short bus ride to the city center.

The location is ideal, close to the bus stop Seeburg, trains, buses, and the Transport Museum.

The property was of good quality and we had an enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect. the breakfast was marvelous and super. the location was fantastic. Liked every minute of being there, recommend.

Well-managed budget hotel with central heating and a work desk in the room. Superb breakfasts with yogurt and cheese provided by the excellent staff. Convenient location near the train station, bus stop, Lucerne lake, and Lake Lucerne shore. Private parking available at the venue. Easy access to free bus transportation.
